Equinox Property Developers Plc was established in Ethiopia in November 2013, by eight visionary share holders from the construction and business sectors. The Company aims to become a well-organized real estate company and the country’s newest developer of quality housing as well as commercial and other development projects.
Equinox will identify potential real estate developments, study and propose new and innovative design and construction solutions for these developments and provide turnkey products as well as property management solutions.Â

Rahel Shawl
One of Ethiopia’s leading Architects with over 25 Years of Experience in the design and building industry. Rahel is the founder and principal of Raas Architects Plc and has been involved in the design and construction of various iconic buildings in Ethiopia which led her to the international Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 2007Â and various local recognitions for her works and contributions.

A young and Motivated architect with European academic background and work experience in design and interior design
Meskerem Tamiru
An exceptional Architect and construction project management with high knowledge of the construction industries contract rules and regulation. She is the founder and manager of Meskerem Consulting Plc.
